The 115 litre capacity oven provides a roomy interior and cooking is easier and safer with a telescopic runner designed to safely slide out for basting or tasting. Cavity Cooling fan technology moves ambient air, cooling and protecting both the electronics of the oven and the cabinets in which the oven is housed. The gas burners have our flame failure safety feature that ensures that if the flame is accidentally extinguished the gas supply will automatically turn off.
