This spacious European made Hydrolytic Indesit has a capacity of 71 liters and 5 rack levels. This makes the oven suitable for preparing, for example, a large turkey or several baking trays with biscuits. The oven offers even more preparation methods than the standard fan oven and upper and lower heat. You can, for example, choose to grill your dish or prepare a gratin. Forgot to take your food out of the freezer on time? That won't be a problem anymore, thanks to the defrost mode. Using this mode, the oven heats slowly and evenly, defrosting vegetables and meat without cooking them. After use, you can use the Hydrolytic (steam) cleaning function to soak stubborn food scraps from the oven walls. Indesit’s new Turn&Cook function: simply turn the dial on your oven, and set it to automatically cook one of 80 delicious recipes, in just one hour.
